Booking and payment

A requested date is not confirmed until full payment clears and LIVE4U sends confirmation. Availability may change before payment is completed.

Client preparation

The client must provide inventory, links, access instructions, and LIVE details by the stated deadline. Late or incomplete information may reduce support, delay delivery, or require rescheduling without refund.

Deliverables

The client selects either a picture PDF or description-only Excel spreadsheet. Scope, turnaround, and item limits follow the purchased package.

Promotion agreement

The client permits LIVE4U to share the LIVE video and agrees to tag @LIVE4U in comments during the LIVE. Failure to comply may cancel the promotional share and affect future bookings.

Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

Platform and technology

LIVE4U is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, connection failures, platform changes, or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Sales and audience results are not guaranteed.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVE4U’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
